This hole in the wall chicken place is one of my favorites. I recommend the garlic seasame chicken and its got a little kick to it. The bowl comes with chicken, rice, noodles, and veggies. I believe it has korean influences. They also always have a special of the day that I definitely would recommend getting! There isnt much seating as it doesnt have an inside to the restaurant. There are tables and chairs and benches outside. The service is always great because the owners are the ones making and preparing the food and they always put their all into their food.

My sister and I stopped by to grab coffee from a nearby place, and when we returned to wait for our food, the owner noticed we had drinks and without hesitation, added coffee biscuits/cookies to our bag for us to enjoy. We were completely taken aback by their generosity; it felt like the kind of service you'd expect while traveling abroad. Instead of feeling like just customers, we felt welcomed and valued as individuals. I've been visiting this restaurant once or twice a week for the past two months, and they have never let me down.

Ok so lemme start by saying, that i have traveled around the country and have tried so many different dumpling and ramen places. This takes 1st place no doubt!I try to eat here at least once or twice a week. I get any kind of ramen with the pan fried dumplings every time. I love that it’s family owned and enjoy giving my money to them knowing it’s most likely going back into the community.HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE IF YOU GOT THE MUNCHIES <3

Do not pass on this place!! This is definitely a hidden gem, so glad to have found this restaurant, it's my new go to for lunch or even a quick dinner when I'm not up to cooking! The owners are so sweet and cook your food exactly how you want it, I told them I like spicy and they sure delivered! They even gave me an extra spicy sauce to try out for next time. I've been coming to this place since I was a child, back when the teriyaki bowls cost just $4. There's something uniquely enjoyable about ordering from a window that adds to the experience. The food is excellent, the prices are fantastic, and the outdoor seating on the street is a nice touch. This spot is a beloved institution in downtown La Verne that you definitely shouldn't overlook. Food rating: 5/5.

This hole in the wall (literally a window hole in a wall) place is such a delight. I love how they change out their menu with different sauces and flavors so you are always seeing something new! I got their shrimp place with a garlicky spicy sauce and wow, I loved it! The couple working there really got their business DOWN, I decided to walk around the corner and back and my food was ready for me!

Was looking for some quick protein after training from the university across the street, has a nice and simple menu, got the teriyaki chicken it was great! But I asked the lady if she could exclude rice since I want to avoid carbs but the rice was included, maybe there was a miscommunication with the chef but can’t complain with the rice I enjoyed it.

If I ever forget to pack my lunch for work, the Bowl House will always be my top choice. It's quick and delicious! I hate to confess it, but I've gone there five times in a row because it's just that good. Rating: 5/5 for the food! Reserva una mesa ahora
