The food and coffee here were very good. Our server was friendly. Hudson Cafe was helpful by stating on the menu that their breakfast potatoes were not vegetarian. I asked the server if she could bring something else with my omelette instead. She saidI could have fruit and I said that was fine. When she brought the bill, there was an upcharge of $2.95 for fruit. I 'm notlikely to come back to Hudson Cafe or recommend it either.
I've always enjoyed a wonderful breakfast here, especially the scones and scrambled eggs. I've dined outside a couple of times, as well as inside, and each experience has been great. The waitstaff is excellent and very friendly. I also love the variety of coffee options available. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to mention. The other customers have been lovely too, all smiles!
Charming little café with tasty food! I ordered the Hudson French Toast topped with caramelized bananas and pecans. It was HUGE and incredibly delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating available. It's a fantastic place to stop by if you’re in the area. I highly recommend it!

We come here two or three times a week for breakfast. Spectacular coffee, especially the Costa Rican blend. All the food is delicious, and HUGE! Angie’s is my favorite along with Nancy’s. Everyone that works at Hudson is 10/10 friendly and great service.
The place is gold I go for my French toast fix. They never let me down w there hot butter maple syrup and banana out of this world. This time tried home fries they cook it in beacon grease just wow. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and Dairy free wife
This is my absolute favorite breakfast spot. They make the best pancakes and the syrup is extra special. The scones are amazing as well as everything else on the menu. Great coffee, and the best service from the most incredible staff!

Nice place. It gets crowded fast. I am not a big fan of breakfast potatoes but their's are tasty. A good variety of breakfast meat.
