My daughter suggested Hudson Co Bar and Restaurant for my date night with hubby!! We made reservations! Loved it!! Fantastic views of NY even though the sky was grey! Great vibes! We got there early enjoyed drinks at the bar! It was Happy Hour! Great drink and app selection! Plan to come back for Happy Hour! We were seated in the main dining area with great views! Our Server Corey was attentive, knew menu well and checked in on us! So glad he recommended the special sea bass! It was deliciously amazing! So much flavor! Highest compliments to the Chef! Crispy Crunchy Rice Cakes were soggy, so were the Pub Fries and the Truffle Tater Tots... sunflower choke included with the Braised Short Ribs was very bitter. The Tuna Tartare was excellent and the pizza was good. Partially due to delivery but restaurants should take the time to figure out best way for their food to travel so as to protect the taste which I dont think they take seriously.
The service was superb and accommodating and the octopus appetizer was delicious tender octopus is hard to find. Very flavorful. The outdoor seating area has fantastic views. Helicopters kept passing by which were loud must be a route for copters but it was fine. Recommend!
Our waitress Joana was excellent. She made sure to check on us constantly. Her recommendations were exactly on point. The food was delicious. My only negative feedback is to make the booths lower in height enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline.

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday at Hudson Co. The staff accommodated our seating request for the beautiful view of the skyline. Our waitress Lorena was wonderful and the food was outstanding!
Good service. The food was awesome. Finished everything right to the last crust. The ambiance is definitely the attraction. I will recommend this place.
Did not call to let us know the burger was out of stock. Made a request for gluten free sushi and they used tempura.
