I had a great dining experience at a restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale that specializes in vegetarian and vegan food. I ordered the tofu dish prepared in a shiitake and pan-fried style, selected from a menu with six different fish options. It was so light and delicious. My husband ordered the tofu vegan bowl and it was excellent!

clearly characterized vegan options: impossible burger, green curry tofu dish, and a tofu salat. I have a starter of home cut pommes and had the Tofu shell. fries were very good, and tofu bowl was excellent! friendly employees were familiar with vegan options.

the old town scottsdales great v/veg eating. I had prepared the tofu under one of the 6 possibilities for fish. shiitake and fried pan. so light and tasty. hubby ordered the tofu vegan bowl. excellent!

The dishes at Bowl are delicious! There are only a few vegan options on the menu, but my friend really enjoyed the tofu tacos as well.
