were today in lahr to the chrysan theme, but have found nothing nice to lunch. So look briefly over tripadvisor, which is on the other. the decision for hummels strausse was the highlight of the day! away was more curvy than thought, but enough parking at the house. and in it rugged! the super friendly chef has shown us the last 3 places and presented to the other (strain) guests. despite the many guests the service was fast and friendly. have it rarely experienced that the salad comes before the drinks! we had 2 different flaky cakes, very tasty and nice hot. also carving with bratkartoffels - huge proportion! fine spiced crooked kartoffels, delicate carvings. excellent price performance ratio. and always attentive service, which also regularly asks whether something is missing. we are happy to come back!
