Über 20 Jahre komme ich in die Brauerei. Vor Jahren war das Essen hervorragend, der Service gut. Die Chefin ist sehr nett. Leider wurde in der ganzen Zeit nie renoviert. Es stinkt nach altem Fett, die Wände sind vergilbt und dreckig, die vielen netten, urigen Gegenstände im Lokal wurden noch nie abgestaubt. Letztens klebte der Tisch derart, es war einfach unappetitlich. Ich frage mich dann natürlich mit welcher Hygiene wird dann in der Küche gearbeitet? Ich weiss, die Zeiten sind schwer für die Gastronomie aber ein mindest Mass an Sauberkeit sollte gewährleistet sein. Die Toiletten sind unterirdisch und die Qualität des Essens hat sehr nachgelassen. Ich habe schon von vielen Bekannten gehört...
at the weekend we were once again direction europapark traveling and since we already had 2 meals and stayed 1 time again, it went back here.We reserved 2 days before, our table was reserved and there were also some guests in the restaurant as well as beer garden.The friendly service had good to do, but had everything well in mind.After about 45min we only offered our food,as usual, very good bourgeois food. We'll be back.Thank you to the whole team!
Car can be parked outside for free anywhere in the alt stadt.The restaurant is great, friendly staff and good food for reasonable prices.There is an type 2 ev charger in less than 1 minute walk.We had a 4 person Family room, clean and cozy, good beds, shower and toilet and big room. It was 23 degrees outside so the room has a very ok temperature to sleep in. Has a own breakfast room few steps away on the same floor, very conveniënt.
in total we stayed almost two and a half hours in the old brewery. until we got to eat, we went half an hour, although we were in the restaurant around 17.30, the salat was quite ok to ride the steak and also the worst jägerschnitzel we have ever served on a dish. late zle from the pack and finished soße rounded off the whole thing. a second time we will not get lost there.

Alles toll. Wir haben dort einen Flammkuchen mit Apfel, Zimt und Calvados gegessen. Das war eine sehr coole Erfahrung. Das Brathähnchen war auch hervorragend.
Perfekte Unterkunft für den Besuch im Europapark. Nicht weit entfernt, gemütliche Zimmer, klasse Frühstück und eine nette Gastgeberin
