I ordered a dish that reminded me of something my grandmother used to make. It was a combination of steamed tofu and rice, prepared in the style of Chow fun. The staff seemed hesitant at first, probably because it's not a common request, but after some convincing, they agreed to make it for me. Throughout the process, they checked in with me a few times to make sure everything was okay. When the dish was finally served, it was delicious and brought back nostalgic memories for me. I gave them a little extra tip and thanked them for taking me on a trip down memory lane. I plan on making this restaurant a weekly tradition.
