Decided to pay this restaurant a visit after reading widely differing reviews. Visited on a Sunday so decided to make a booking which was accepted. Some yum cha won't accept Sunday's booking.Arrived at appointed time of 11am and notes restaurant was only half full. Was shown to our table and ordered.tea. The yum cha dishes then started coming being carried in trays. Was pleasantly surprised to note the spare ribs, prawn har kow, stuff eggplant and egg tart were all fresh and delicious. The vegetable covered sui mai was okay. The highlight of the meal was the stuffed bean curd. It was probably the best we have tasted. For a long time. We.had three serves.Overall, the service was.Good. The ladi...

Recently refitted being newly painted, new chairs, new carpet. Have been going there for years and love the food. I live in the city but travel here as it is a better Yum Cha place then those in Chinatown. All food is fresh and (as I know) made on the premises. Staff are friendly and warm, those who can speak English, chatty when not busy. Arrive early and you can choose your dishes off the picture menu and have the dishes arrive to your table without having to wait for your favourite dishes to walk past! I have never had a bad dish....give the place a try, you will love it (if you are into Yum Cha)!

I attended this restaurant with a group of friends for diner and was very pleased. The food was of high standard, as was the service. On arrival we received free jasmine tea and after dinner a plate of sliced oranges and shortbread biscuits which was a really nice touch. The price is a little high at around $19 for a main dish (not including rice), but I would happily pay the extra as it was a great experience.

I was here a few years ago and the food was good from memory, not so much this time. The dim sum seemed like the frozen ones you can buy from the supermarket, which is a shame 'cause fresh dim sum can be awesome! On the upside wasabi chicken - brilliant, just a hint of heat with all the flavour of wasabi. So all in all, I'm in the market for a better local Chinese restaurant. We met to celebrate a birthday at the Hung Cheung Restaurant Marrickville and we all enjoyed the great food and service. There is plenty of room in the spacious restaurant and good views from three sides through the large glass panels. The atmosphere and service is excellent, and we'll be back...A great place for a gathering.

This place was fantastic. Have been going for years for yum cha .always great food and very busy. Unfortunately they featured on Current Affair recently for bad food practices i.e hanging meat on the closes line outside ,so i haven't been back!.Hopefully the will lift there game!

Food was well priced and very nice. Went with family and friends so had a large group of 11 people and service was great. Only criticism is that toilets were quite old and dirty and floor could use a good vacuum but if you are looking to eat local it is great!

Had a wonderful luch here with a friend. The service is fast and the staff are helpful, even if they often don't speak too much english. The other dinners were a mixture of locals tourists and a lot of chinese which was a good sign. Great price and tasty. Reserva una mesa ahora

avoid this place! the yum cha is terrible, mostly frozen dumplings that are overcooked therefore soggy and tasteless. the waitresses are like zombies and the atmosphere is dead. this place was ok years ago but it is not worth wasting your time here.
