Hunger Kure - Reserva de mesa

Been ordering from here for 7 years but after the experience today will never order again. They got our order wrong and didn 't deliver the the full order, my partner called and they said the next time you order we will sort it then because we are to busy to deliver again I called back and said they should refund the money or deliver the remainder of the order that we already paid for? They said they wouldn 't give a refund so after an hour, delivered the remainder of the order. I was then told by the driver to never call the shop again. The food was cold when delivered as well. I ended up putting the remainder of the order in the bin because I did not trust what they did to the food.

I ordered through the phone, specifying I want fish and small chips. When I got there he put more chips overcharging me. When I asked about the price he became very rude with me, saying I didn t mention and that when I saw the chips I was happy but when I had to pay I wasn t happy. He kept on going, literally having a go at me, I told him I am not going to come back again because of his attitude and he said: don t come back ! This is an older turkish man who own the business. Terrible behaviour, such a bad service and approach to a lady who was a regular customer !

Been going to Hungercure for years without problem. Asked price of delivery order placed, someone in background shouted why are they asking they get a menu everytime they should be able to work it out! In these difficult times a little customer service shouldn't be a problem, wake up or you will be losing customers. I'm after all these years seriously calling it a day on you, very annoyed!

We have ordered from hunger cure about a dozen times and have always been very happy with the service and food . I found the large Haddock was exceptional both times I’ve had it huge and crispy, cooked to perfection... the chips are always amazing as are the chicken shish and burgers. Ordered online 3 kebabs, 2 arrived with no salad at all. Shop claimed I said no salad, totally wrong! Asked for 2 salads to be sent ,refused!! Won't be using you again, absolute mickey take, overcharged upsetting a long standing customer.

The food is okay but they are the most miserable people I have ever come across, customer service is none existent and so tight charging 20p as I wanted salad separate. Tonight you lost a customer of 10 years plus.
