They consistently get orders wrong. I don't know where their heads are half the time. Went through the drive through and when I got home my order wasn't even remotely correct. Had ordered 3 burger meals, and got 6 random cold burgers. Like cold as they had come out of a fridge or something. They were horrible. Wouldn't really recommend, as the service and what you actually get compared to what you order is very hit and miss. Staff probably need more training.
After attending a school event, my family and I were exhausted and decided to go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. I specifically asked the lady at the window to double-check our order. When we got home, we realized that our order was completely wrong. I have been trying to call the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and arrange to pick up the missing items or receive a refund. Unfortunately, they are not answering the phone.
We have used the specials coupons often because we prefer the hamburgers at this restaurant over McDonald's. We usually use the drive-thru for convenience, but we have had to double-check each time to make sure they have taken the correct order. There have been several occasions where our order was not correctly taken through the drive-thru, resulting in us receiving a different meal.
The service at the restaurant today was awful. The food we received, which consisted of two orders of chips and two hamburgers, was not good. One order of chips was hot, while the other was cold, and the burgers were also lukewarm. When we asked to speak to the manager about our experience, we were told they were too busy. Always good food unlike other fast food places they don't stuff up and if they do they will fix it up within a blink of a eye with a smile on their face and a sorry. I have never had to go into the waiting bays I don't know why they are even there but just after school they get really busy from school students other then that really good.
Possibly the worst hungry jacks.. the last 3 visits my order has been wrong on drive thru.. and the burger tastes like it had been microwaved several times. Don’t recommend this place at all.. get a pie from the Shell servo next door instead
Not the best customer service in drive thru, ordered breakfast for a treat and had to repeat my order 3 times. Then my order was wrong when I received it. Always check your order here guys and girls.

Hungry Jack's in Merrimac is great for a quick break. Good service and great location. Burgers and coffee are fresh and delicious. Friendly staff.
