However, I must give a huge shoutout to the exceptional customer service we received from Hungry Jack's. Within 24 hours of providing our feedback via email, the manager reached out to us by phone to apologize and make an offer to resolve the issue. When we returned to the store to redeem this offer, the manager apologized once again, and surprisingly, so did the entire staff. This level of attention was unexpected and made for a wonderful customer service experience. Kudos to them for how well they handled our concerns! Customer service truly matters. Not to mention, the food they prepared for us afterward was delicious and clearly made with care, which we greatly appreciated.

It’s been years since I last had Hungry Jack's, so I decided to stop by the nearest location on my way to work. I tried the double homestyle whopper meal and was pleasantly surprised to find that the burgers, fries, and orange juice were all better than I remembered. The flavors are much cleaner. The customer service was quick, and the restaurant's location inside a Coles Express service station is quite convenient. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available.

This restaurant was by far the worst experience I've had. The food was mediocre, and the service was terrible. I was charged for drinks, but when I went to collect them, I was informed that their ice machine was broken, so I ended up with warm soft drinks. The burgers looked like they were put together as part of a crafts project. I would recommend avoiding this place!

I tried the Mega Jack, and it was absolutely delicious! I’m a fan of Big Macs from McDonald's, but I have to say this one is even better. It's larger and comes with plenty of sauce. I also appreciated the option to swap fries for onion rings at no extra charge. The service is consistently quick and efficient too! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the Jacks Crispy Fried Tropical Chicken Burger small meal with an orange juice. April served me and she was very efficient and courteous. My meal arrived quickly and it was very tasty and fresh. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return!

We ordered two Oreo Towers for delivery from Hungry Jacks. They first blamed the storms for the delay and then claimed that their machine was broken after our order didn't arrive. To top it off, they refused to issue a refund. What a complete joke!

This has got to be the slooooooowest fast food I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a cheese burger. It’s a common occurrence here. Even when you’re the only customer there.
