Hungry Jacks Victoria Point

As usual the restaurant was dirty, tables unwiped rubbish on the floor, simply inexecusable as the restaurant and drivethrough were not very busy - certainly past the dinner rush. The burger was cold and pretty wilted looking, why do do they never look like the ones in the ad I wonder. I keep thinking it will improve and do a revisit but it never does. Service is pretty uncaring too. This time i give up. Victoria Point has plenty of other restaurants that provide good quality and reasonably priced food to continue trying.

Have now tried twice in 2 weeks to purchase an angus burger deal that has and still is being advertised to no avail. First excuse was that they did not have any angus burgers in stock and the second time a week later was that the burgers were not cooking properly. The staff did not seem to know how to cope with the problem. Not good enough.

Its a Hungry Jacks - no it is not fine dining, but it is fast and convenient. it has always been totally acceptable when we have gone in to sit down. Service moves at the pace dictated by the length of the queue. The staff is friendly and we have never had a problem ordering what we want, and getting it too.

Visited at lunch time on Wednesday 3rd May. Meal was freshly cooked and I didn't have to wait long - that was the best part. Was not overly impressed with the staff, no customer service and they looked totally disinterested in what they were doing.

Pizza! Pizza for me is a special treat, I don't splurge on pizza all that often so I like it to be good when I do order one.
