We had three entrées: Scallops (5 stars), Short ribs, (5), Filet Mignon (only 4 stars) because it needed seasoning. It needed a more v salted crust. The side dish of rot kohl, red cabbage, was also tasty, but could have been so much better had they seasoned more. Next time I go, and we will go again, I'll try the scallops. Next, I ordered the crispy calamari salad. On my first visit, the calamari was perfectly cooked and paired nicely with fresh greens and a light, tangy lime vinaigrette. However, this time, the calamari was soggy without its crispy coating, served on a bed of wilted greens.
I also tried the Viking scallops in a lobster sauce (which surprisingly contained no lobster), accompanied by some gnocchi and Texas toast. My dining companion opted for the filet mignon and Huntley salad, and they described their meal as merely average. When I asked if they would return to this restaurant, they suggested trying somewhere else next time.

Couldn't decide what to order, so decided on the Huntley Trio. One would think maybe just me an item such as this for lunch should be a good deal satisfying, but it was more like an appetizer. The chicken soup was very bland I don't like salty food but it was like water, not brothy.. , the salad was mediocre, and the grilled salmon was good, but just a small piece, the tail end of it. The entire dining room was empty, and the hostess sat us in a cramped corner. $60 for two person to dine in for lunch and left hungry. The food preparation was just nothing special... the chicken slider was served on a cold potato bun, chicken was good. Not worth the price.. Then again what is these day..
The food is delicious and definitely worth the price! I've come here with family for special occasions many times and it is always a great experience. A beautiful restaurant with great staff! We just celebrated our 14th anniversary here last week and our server Alysha and the manager Tizz were both amazing! They were kind, helpful, conversational and very attentive. The food was delicious, atmosphere was romantic and comfortable and we had a really great time! Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion or even just a group outing!

Everything was terrific ! We got Ceasar salad with chicken, truffled mushroom flatbread, roasted corn, Brussels sprouts, tso’s cauliflower, it’s not in the picture but we also ordered truffled fries and baked parker house rolls which was so delicious. Thomas was our server he was so nice and friendly . Def look for Richard the manager. He is the best. This was our first time we will definitely be back. I highly recommend you this restaurant.
Went there for my engagement and the staff was so incredibly friendly! Food/drinks came out in a timely manner. The food was amazing, as were the drinks! For dessert they brought out an extra offering for our celebration with a candle! It was such a special night here. Thank you to all the staff!!
Love Huntley Taverne. Used to come here for business dinners prior to the pandemic, and forgot about the wonderful the food, service and dining room. The tuna tartare appetizer was fresh, tho a tad salty. Chicken Cobb salad was filling and more than enough for brunch.
I had a great time here with my boyfriend . Isabelle was a fabulous server . Very courteous and on top of everything . Doesn’t get any better than that . We will be back again
