Hush was great! The atmosphere was rustic and the food was fantastic. I read reviews on this crispy chicken so that is what I had to have. It was yummy, but it was chicken. The waiter gave me the exact rundown of how each item was cooked so I could get a better idea of what the meal would be, that was awesome! The star of the meal by far were the brussel sprouts. Get them!! The bill was a bit high for two people, we had two appetizers and two rounds of drinks so that is be expected, but it was definitely a great place for a date! Make a reservation, there are only a few tables!
We left not only my cell phone but our credit card on the table. By the time we realized, our waiter was already walking towards us on Main Street with our items in hand. The food was great as well as the service and we were planning to come again, but that sealed the deal! Thank you so much for making a lovely meal the memory instead of the drama that could have turned a relaxing Sunday into a horrid, stressful day. I 'm blaming this on the fabulous Pain Killer cocktails!
The food here is fantastic, the quality is unbelievable and the taste even better! OK service, not the best but not anywhere close to bad. Drinks were very good as well, a lot of unique cocktails to choose from. Great for a date, not great for large groups unless there is a separate room I don't know about! We went on a weekday and it was very quiet and lovely. I should reiterate, food was awesome! Especially the cornbread and biscuits and ribs and just give it a shot!
A great restaurant experience starts with a well-made martini, and Hush nailed it with theirs. My husband and I tried the cornbread and biscuit appetizer, which was so delicious that we couldn't finish it and decided to take the leftovers home to relish the next day. I highly recommend the kale and quinoa salad, and the flavors in the gnocchi were truly remarkable. This place is definitely worth a visit! While Hush is on the pricier side, the food is unforgettable.

The best restaurant in Farmingdale! We enjoyed every single dish we ordered. The cornbread and ribs were absolutely incredible! My husband and I both tried the strip steak special, which came with potatoes au gratin baked in an iron skillet—simply amazing! We wanted to sample everything on the menu. The cheesecake for dessert was also delicious! We will definitely be returning to Hush Bistro! Thank you for a five-star experience!!!
What a great little joint for outstanding comfort food, creative cocktails and warm friendly service. Really for party 's of 2, either at the bar or in the restaurant unless you get the one table of 6. Service was informative, patient and truly special. As they served other tables, they stopped to show us other dishes.... Loved the rib apps, crispy chicken was superb, soups yummy. Can 't wait to go back.
We had an excellent dining experience. It felt like all of our needs were carefully looked after. The owner took the time to explain each dish and came back to ensure everything was satisfactory. He was definitely very involved in our experience.
Cozy place for some great n tasty plates... the avocado toast was delish as was everything we ordered! Great and attentive waitstaff... will def be going back

The food was great and our server Rob was a nice guy. He made it easy and light and we never needed anything he was on top of it.
