"Had an excellent stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed staying here and will recommend it to others. My only complaint the entire time was that the pool was a bit cold. The staff were very friendly and accommodating at every turn. Breakfast was great with lots of options for both hot and cold food. I was very impressed they even offered almond milk for cereal and coffee."

Location is great. Not a ton of parking, but plenty in the nearby businesses. Lobby is neat and clean. Breakfast is decent. Don't go peaking at it before 7, you'll get reprimanded. We called the day before to confirm we had adjoining rooms, that day we were told that we did. The next day at check-in, ope sorry no you don't and none available. Get to the room, at first glance it looked clean. Until we noticed all of the ants coming out of the AC unit. The maintenance man was up within 5 minutes to spray ant killer all around. Woke up both nights to the overwhelming smell of weed. There were 2 ice machines for guests, but only 1 worked. Kids said the pool was great. Overall, it was ok, but def...
I stayed at this same Hyatt hotel before. What it was back than is not what it was on my recent stay. Kids running back in forth in the hall way making loud noise. Parents not paying attention to there kids. Breakfast area extremely loud not to clean , a complete mess. Breakfast wasn't great. Over all staff service and customer service was great. Manager was great. Staff was very kind to my ESA dog which I loved . A mistake was made and immediately fix when it came to a charge that wasn't suppose to happen. I would stay at this Hyatt hotel again. I just hope that on my next stay there's no loud noises and no kids running up and down the hall way and a better Breakfast with a clean area.
Service here is incredible every single staff member we met and talked to was incredibly responsive. We had a little glitch when we checked in and found that we were staying in a king room and not the double that we had reserved, and there was not another vacant room in the entire hotel. But the Hyatt made it right and refunded a good number of our points. This glitch did not erode our opinion of the hotel at all because the staff were so sincere and helpful. The hotel was also fresh and wonderfully clean, everything maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was hot, fresh, and greatly appreciated. Will be staying here again!
We came in for a wedding over the weekend. When I chose this location, I looked at the surrounding restaurant and shopping options. There is a mall within 5 minutes and there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance as well. We tried Uncle Julio’s the first day we were there. As far as the hotel and room, they were the same standard that you’d expect from a Hyatt brand hotel. Clean, comfortable, and consistent. If you’re looking for a great option in suburban Chicago, this hotel is it.
