Returned for an overnight stay in July, after having a positive experience a few years before. I guess management changed because it’s gone so downhill. First, the restaurant/bar area in the middle of their beautiful atrium was apparently closed, with no mention of that on the website. Not happy about it but fine. Then, they give us a room key for a room that’s already occupied (literally walk in on a couple). At this point, I want to leave but I go back to the desk and tell them what happened girl at the desk is apologetic and says she’ll give us room service to make up for it. Beautiful property. Lacks upkeep. Need amenities like robes slippers. It’s resort like beautiful indoor garden. Hotel should add some activities for guests like cycles. Most importantly local beach passes. They may charge for both services. Also need breakfast in restaurant not in a box. As courtesy card globalist member they treated us very well. Upgraded to Presidential suite which is very big and impressive. Overall happy with such unique property.
We were passing through on our way to MA. Great location right off the highway. Night clerk was incredibly nice. The room was clean. The day clerks were less polite but still overall a it was a nice stay for the night. We did not partake in the other amenities.On a side note overnight parking while staying at the hotel... it was kind of pricey. Didn't care for that.

The hotel is outdated. The staff are rarely around. The room needed deep cleaning. The furniture was old and warped. The staff charged me twice and I still haven’t gotten the pending charge removed which is almost $1, 000! Nobody cares about the satisfaction of customers/guests anymore.
This place felt like my second home during my quarantine escape. The beds and TVs are roomy, but the sheets could be softer with a higher thread count. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, I'd give the rooms a rating of 4 out of 5.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It offers a very comfortable and private atmosphere. Getting around is a breeze. I highly recommend it for special occasions or even just a quick getaway in town for a staycation. It's truly a wonderful experience.

Beautiful atrium. Way too crowded! Best to stay from Monday to Thursday. The weekends are way too crowded! The food was sub par! The beds were uncomfortable. This hotel needs a major overhaul!The staff was helpful.
