Wir bestellen schon sehr lange bei DaGino und müssen leider feststellen das die Qualität und der Service ziemlich abbaut. Die neue Dame am Telefon Empfang ist ziemlich undfreundlich und geht nur mit einem genervten Ja! Ans Telefon Der Lieferservice ist sehr oft unfreundlich und extrem gestresst Es wurden schon falsche Bestellungen gebracht Und auch ein tiefgefrorenes Tiramisu . Ich war früher mega begeistert von DaGino aber jetzt überlege ich mir 2 mal ob ich was bestelle Sehr schade

Am neuen Standort in Neu Ulm (Reuttier Str) ausprobiert: Pizza war geschmacklich gut, heiß und ordentlich belegt. 1 Stern Abzug für recht lange Wartezeit (fast 1 Std bei wenig Betrieb) und 1 Stern Abzug für den relativ hohen Preis (zB bei Abholung keinerlei Rabatt). Daher werde ich wohl eher wieder die Konkurrenz bevorzugen schade Chance vertan bei mir...
Partypizza bestellt, leider zuerst an die falsche Adresse gefahren, dann endlich angekommen leider nur kalt nach 1 1/2 Stunden. Reklamation wurde neu geliefert, Geschmack super aber leider nicht mit bestellten Zutaten geliefert worden. Nach mehr als 2 Stunden endlich was zum Essen auch wenn nicht wie bestellt.
