The ice cream was very good, but the service was disappointing. They charged us the same price for a small and a medium, and when we pointed out the mistake, they didn’t offer to correct it. The employee claimed we had picked up the wrong order from the window, which was hard to believe since there was no one behind us in line. When we went back to give it another try, I ordered chocolate with banana, but there were no bananas available! Overall, it just wasn’t worth it!

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing that it was better than Gators. I'm not so sure about that. We ordered a hand-dipped banana split and a Chunky Monkey. Perhaps we misunderstood what "hand-dipped" means, but we weren't very impressed. I expected the Chunky Monkey to be blended, but it was just ice cream with some toppings. I might consider giving it another try in the future.

We met our adult daughter here an hour before closing and enjoyed a lovely conversation. The ice cream provided a wonderful comfort after her stressful day. The young ladies working here are delightful—they are polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to serve. They work incredibly hard to keep the outdoor area clean and inviting.
