On January 13th, 2024, my party of four (two couples) visited ICE restaurant at 12:30 pm. We were excited to try out this establishment after finding it online. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The nachos for starters had a poor cheese sauce, soggy chips, and were only saved by the pulled pork. Our main courses - which included sirloin, an open steak sandwich, and two chicken burgers - were also subpar. The steak on the sandwich was undercooked, the sirloin was cold and poorly prepared, and one of the chicken burgers was served cold while the other had raw chicken meat. When we addressed these issues with the waitress, she argued about the color of the chicken meat in the bur...

The staff at this restaurant are attentive and lovely, creating a great atmosphere with a quirky vibe. It offers great value for money, though the menu is on the small side with an abundance of burgers. Despite this, I will definitely return. The service was excellent, with a 5-star rating, and the atmosphere was also rated at 5 stars. Recommended dishes include the Onion Rings, Burger, Fish and Chips, and Pulled Pork. Vegetarians will be pleased with the large vegetarian selection offered, with a high recommendation for those who don't eat meat. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking lot options. Price per person for a dinner meal is £90–100.

the second time to visit today and another great experience. relaxed and friendly atmosphere, cooking pot do enough to make the day as pleasant as possible. only dissapointment was that we couldn't taste any posh pops like before, as they are amazing! but we had lucky enough to try some guiness cake that they sold in caffe and that will be prepared for it soon to keep up.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible! I celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the service from John and Jeremy really made the evening special. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. I had an amazing time at this restaurant! I will definitely be coming back. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I would recommend trying the Fish and Chips. The price per person was between £70-80 for dinner.

Fantastic experience. I would highly recommend participating in. The food was amazing and the staff in the kitchen were very personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and look forward to returning in the future.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The ice bar for lunch was fantastic, and I also loved the ambience. This place is truly wonderful and definitely worth a visit.
