This place is under staffed with bad customer service and will never get my money again. I came by and there was only one high school kid working who obviously didn’t know what he was doing it wasn’t busy but it took FOREVER to just get 2 cups. First he ignored me and started cleaning assuming I was with another group that had already ordered(that I wasn’t standing near, didnt get ice cream with, didnt talk to, nothing) he clearly assumed we were together because we’re the same race. Then he broke the register with a simple transaction and had to call the manager to help, while my ice cream I got for my family at home was just sitting melting. And after all this barely anything but a mumbled...
This is a hidden gem in Arbutus. Tons of delicious flavors and great prices. It's no-frills and hasn't been updated inside for a long time, but do not let that deter you from sitting down and having a scoop (or three). You can get milkshakes, sundaes, different cone types, and they'll mix and match flavors for you. My single scoop waffle cone was less than $5 total and was too much for me to finish (I do realize that's super subjective and varies by person).They have a little area outside for seating and several booths inside. Perfect for families looking to have a treat together.
The owner exhibits racist behavior, prioritizing orders from white customers over those of Black patrons. He even dismisses Black customers who express concern about this treatment. I would advise Black people to avoid this restaurant.
This is the best ice cream spot around, easily as far away as Columbia! They offer Hershey's ice cream and Coke products. However, as of October 2022, they are only serving ice cream and not any food items.

Charming little mom-and-pop shop with excellent service! I dropped by after a tough week, craving something sweet, and the cashier was incredibly friendly. It's a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind.
The hours listed are incorrect! Please make sure to update them. I drove all the way here for no reason. All I found was a nice parking lot.
Lots of different choices. No soft serve though. Floats, malts, shakes. Good size sundae.
