All you can eat sushi probably isn 't as good quality as 'regular ' sushi... Girl, IDGAF!!!! I will be the first to admit that I am not super sophisticated when it comes to food. For the first eight (give or take) years of my life, my diet was like 90% chicken nugget. Great value for the price you pay. Staff was efficient and polite. Lighting was a little dim but hey, I don 't pay their electricity bills so I don 't think my opinion on this aspect matters too much we sat by a window so it was honestly whatever. Also, disclaimer: I was NOT the one who ordered the plate of french fries. I just hope our meal spread doesn 't reflect poorly on my personal credibility within the Yelp community.
I like sushi, but as many have said before me, the service is terrible. the ladies throw the tellers of food on the table they feed animals. they spend most of the time at the Sushi counter. I always thought it was because they were busy, but there were only 2 people in the restaurant this time and they still had a bad service. and maybe that is irrational, but it feels like they were laughing at us when they chat in the corner in Chinese: I have lost my appetit as they did. I've always left them 20%, but I don't waste my money anymore.
Good food but terrible service. I understand that they are short staffed, but they should not have seated us if they can’t serve us. They forgot about our tea and water we had to waive down a second waitress to get drinks. Service throughout the evening was slow, for an all you can eat menu it was frustrating to order more food. They forgot several items that we never got, and we had to remind them to bring our dessert. Overall an unpleasant experience. I’ll give them a good rating if they do a better job of servicing their customers.
I wish I could give zero stars. This is my third time visiting, and I still couldn’t enjoy my meal. I only get to eat sushi once a month because it's hard to find time. I ordered 30 pieces of sashimi, but they only brought half of what I ordered. When I placed another order, it took 45 minutes to get even less than before! When I asked if they could complete my order, they simply said “not enough” and walked away. This is not what all-you-can-eat should be. Zero stars. Reserva una mesa ahora
The worst service ever. We got our own menus, wrote out the order on a slip of paper to give to the server, no chopsticks or utensils were given. We had to ask several time while the food was served. Empty soy sauce bottles on the table. And.. I ordered a dessert early because it was my son's birthday. I reminded them twice, and still she couldn't get it right. Extremely disappointing. Food was fair
We had been here a few times before, and were really looking forward to it. The only words that the waitress spoke to us were, Do you want a high chair . It was all downhill after that. The service was far from stellar. The sushi and sashimi used to be great. This time, I would rate them barely average. The best part of the meal was the hot and sour soup!!! Needless to say, we won 't be going back!
The service needs to be upgraded. The waiter forgot some of our orders. The food took long. And the salmon teriyaki was too small 2 X 1.5 it was a little stingy there. We ended up paying $80 but that's two people with two green teas. We did not think the food and the service was up to par with the price, service, along with the ambiance. We are not coming back.
