The food here is absolutely amazing! We loved our ramen and the spring rolls were great as well. Although it's the same franchise, the food at this location was quite different from their Minneapolis spot. I suspect they tailor their flavors to the local demographic, but having been born and raised in Asia, I prefer my dishes to be well-seasoned and flavorful, especially with some spiciness. Here, the food was bland and all the broths tasted very similar. If you really love ramen, I recommend visiting their Minneapolis location instead. Ichiddo Ramen is hands down my favorite restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the fried chicken bun and Niku Soba Ramen—so tasty! I honestly visit so often because I never get tired of their dishes. I've been going since they first opened, and the quality has always been consistent. The staff are incredible too. Once, during a family emergency, a server showed genuine kindness by giving me a comforting hug and reassuring me. Their thoughtfulness and care make this place truly special. I've introduced many friends and family members to Ichiddo Ramen, and none of them have ever been disappointed. I'll definitely keep coming back!
A friend from work told me to try this place and it did not disappoint! The environment feels quiet, calm and authentic. Fast and friendly service, food was also to perfection as I tried an array of assorted items off the menu (BEST DISPLAYED HARD MENU IHAVE EVER SEEN! You can actually see what you are ordering as they have phenomenal pictures displayed next to the listed menuitems). Very enjoyable experience, thank you Ichiddo Ramen!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a chain establishment, particularly if you're new to authentic Japanese cuisine. The ambiance is wonderful, and the cozy environment enhances the overall experience. We were the only customers there on a Thursday night, just two hours before closing. The menu features a diverse range of options at reasonable prices. I'm looking forward to trying something different on my next visit.
We tried the Teriyaki Ramen and the Beef Fried Ramen. The presentation was great on both dishes, but they were lacking flavor.The fried ramen was my favorite of the two, and wasn’t bad, but wasn’t delicious enough to bring me back.The broth of the Teriyaki ramen was seriously lacking flavor, and to me tasted exactly like Campbells chicken noodle soup but if the soup was watered down. I would not order this dish again.
Easy location to get to with a a bunch parking in a shared parking lot. The fried chicken steam bun was out favorite thing of the 3 items we tried. The Ramen and stir fried ramen were decent portions but didn't not wow us with their flavor but that is just our personal opinion. Thursday nights an hour before close seems to be a great time to get a spot for seating.
I visited Ichiddo Ramen with my son and absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and service was quick. The ramen was delicious, and their menu offers a fantastic variety of starters. The ratings don't do this place justice—it definitely deserves to be higher. Whenever we're near Maple Grove, Ichiddo Ramen will be our go-to spot for ramen.

We stopped for a quick late lunch/early dinner. Service was fast and pleasant. Staff was very polite and efficient. We waited less than 15 minutes for our meal. This was my first time so I ordered something not spicy and the menu is very clear and easyto follow.
