"We were very happy to have been able to dine here one night during our short visit to Vevey. The sushi was very good for Switzerland, compared to some other sushi places I’ve visited here. The service was pleasant and polite. The restaurant is very small so you should make a reservation."

I have come back regularly as I find the quality consistently high. The menu does not offer anything out of the ordinary but at least everything tastes fresh and well prepared. Price is a little high but fair for good quality ingredients. Our favourites are the seaweed salad with lotus and for dessert the black sesame ice cream and green tea mocchi, best ice cream we have had. We go back regularly especially for that. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It would be nice if they added one or two more cooked options on the menu such as a salmon teryaki bento box or something warm for those who don’t want raw fish only. Overall always a positive experience.

We went for lunch with a reservation: good thing. Seating for 24 plus two at the sushi bar. Fast excellent service. If you are looking for sukiyaki or Yakitori à la NanbanTei, this is not where you should come. The menu is essentially Sashimi and Sushi. We found the fish exquisitely fresh, the sushi rice a little less fermented than we prefer, the salads crisp and fresh. The sake went down well. The prices correct for Switzerland. We will definitely be back. A word of warning. The sushi chef leaves promptly at 14:00. We were late arriving at 13:30. Next time we will be sure to arrive no later than 12:30.

A smallish place but centrally located. Basically a sushi place, I love japanese food (having lived there for a little while) but never that fussed on sushi rolls. I non sushi choices were a bit limited. I had the Yakitori, OK but not a close enough copy for me. My wife the Karage rice bowl, she enjoyed that and the sushi being served to other people looked very good. As usual in Switzerland, food is expensive and value for money is hard to get.

Excellent quality sushi and presentation, in a friendly and cozy environment. I enjoyed the handrolls and Hamachi, which are both hard to find in Switzerland. The menu is sushi focused, but they are flexible. We needed a vegetarian only option for one of us, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating this even though it is not on the menu. Pricey, but in balance with the quality.
