Igni - Reserva de mesa

Una calificación a un lugar como Igni se siente innecesario en Zomato, porque realmente no toma su decisión de llegar aquí en una revisión de Zomato, pero fue tan bueno que tuve que hacerlo. Fui a cenar anoche, decidí por la comida de 8 platos y eligió nuestro propio vino de una carta de vinos muy favorable. La habitación es genial, muy pocas mesas que están bien espaciadas, por lo que hay un buen zumbido en la habitación, pero aún puede tener su propia conversación. El personal era extremadamente amable y atento, profesional sin ser demasiado intenso. La comida en sí era extraordinaria. Altamente calificado y constantemente completo ... así que le dimos una oportunidad, reservamos temprano, y se registró al mediodía al mediodía. Dolor Dolor El servicio fue gratuito incluido. Incredible. Food, wine, service - all impeccable. Got excited with every course that was brought out! If you're looking for a really magical dining experience, then Igni is the place.  I just have to add how irritating it is to read other reviews of people complaining that they were hungry afterwards. Seriously? This obviously isn't the kind of place you go when you are after a big feed. The price tag reflects the time, effort and phenomenal ingredients that go into each and every dish brought out to you, not the quantity of food! I personally was struggling to get through dessert. Visited wth friends for eight course degustation dinner with paired wines so that we could enjoy the whole experience which was very good BUT given all the hype I think I was expecting much more. Chicken skin dish with roe was pretty damn good and we asked for more but sadly it never eventuated. Kitchen and bar fit out was good but the restaurant floor was oddly cafeteria like with all the tables seemingly pushed into corners and really ugly glaring overhead lighting. No table cloths and laminex look tables didn't help the ambiance that I had hoped to be dark and moody. Still worth a visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Dinner at Igni was a very enjoyable experience. We had the eight course degustation dinner but not with the alcohol pairings as I had to drive back to Melbourne that night. What I really liked about the experience which is vastly different to other degustation experiences was that - both my dining partner and I were served the exact same dishes despite my wine allergy and the 'substitute dishes' were excellent. Too often I feel like I'm missing out because I'm served a second rate dish as a result of my allergy. The night was one we thoroughly enjoyed.

Es difícil moler este lugar. Desde la entrada hasta el servicio al personal hasta la atmósfera hasta el pan para la mantequilla en el menú a la lista de vinos hasta la comida hasta el valor de toda la experiencia extrema. Gracias por conectar el IGNI de Estados Unidos. Espero que te quedes por un tiempo.

Magia. Cómo hacer que estos ingredientes en un viaje delicioso y sorprendente está más allá. Bueno, vale la pena su tiempo y esfuerzo, no puede esperar para regresar, y probar los otros platos. Muchas gracias al equipo para una experiencia inolvidable, mis felicitaciones a todos allí.

IGNI is a top class restaurant with innovative food, artistic presentation and top of the line service. It is not cheap but it is worth it and you cannot find a fault with the service or the food which draws on local ingredients. The onion ice cream with honeycomb was stunning. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is more than just dining out - it's an experience. Excellent service and unique dishes, complemented with waiters who know the food and appropriate drinks for it. Not cheap, but well worth it.
