When my food arrived, I unfortunately had to send it back because the "wobble rings" were burnt and there was hair on my plate. The manager came over and informed me that I couldn't use both gift cards, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with having to pay, she stated that eating is never free, implying that it was my fault for the waiter’s misunderstanding about the card policy.

I recently visited with a group of 12, including 4 children, and we had a fantastic experience thanks to Hector. He guided us through the menu, took time to engage with the kids, and explained all the options thoroughly. His promptness with refills was impressive, and he checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were doing well. I truly appreciate his exceptional service!
I usually enjoy eating at IHop. It was my first time eating at this location and the food was not as enjoyable as I thought it would be. Nevertheless, the Oreo milkshake was on point and tasty. I don't think I'll revisit this location and I've ate at other locations where the food was much better.

It may not be the same as it was when I was a kid, but the staff really makes up for it. Their attitude and friendliness are absolutely fantastic. My kids and I felt like we were with close friends rather than just at a restaurant chain. I definitely recommend it!
They get a lot of business, there were a lot of people who came in to dine-in, everytime I come here it's very busy, so that should tell you a lot about there food everyone who works here are very nice it's clean
The restaurant was wonderful and clean, with delicious food. However, the service was surprisingly slow that night, despite the place being quite empty. Overall, it’s definitely a great find, and we will be back!
