I've visited this restaurant twice recently with my little ones, and both times, when I stepped away from the table to use the restroom, it was cleared off despite my request to the waiter not to clean it while I was away with the kids. When I returned, my table was set for someone else. This happened at the Dedham location. The waiter is friendly, but this situation was frustrating.
This is by far the best IHOP I've ever visited. The staff is always friendly, the place is consistently clean, and the food is delicious. You won't find better breakfast deals anywhere else! Don't hesitate to revisit some cherished memories we've all shared here over the years!
I WANT to love this location since has potential to be the best. Please start checking delivery orders better before you send them out. Last 4 have been wrong and while that portion gets refunded- we still pay the delivery fee and tax and tip etc… just check the notes! Thanks!!
The service provided by the amazing Kay was fantastic—friendly and very helpful. I appreciated how he frequently checked to see if we were enjoying our food and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back! Reserva una mesa ahora
I ordered biscuits and gravy, but they only provided me with a tablespoon of gravy and informed me that they were running low. They refused to give me any more.
The food and service are excellent, but the restaurant is far too noisy.
