We genuinely love Lusy's! It's wonderful that it's now conveniently situated right next to our office. It’s the ideal place for a tasty lunch or dinner after work. The food is incredibly delicious and truly feels homemade. The owners are very kind and offer excellent customer service. The location's convenience is an added perk. Just keep in mind that fresh food might take a little longer to prepare, so it’s a good idea to place your order ahead of time if you’re in a rush.
Overall, the restaurant is fantastic. However, I suggest avoiding the right side, especially the tables along the wall. During my visit, we were seated there and noticed some shaking of the table and chairs while we were eating. Initially, I thought it was a minor earthquake, but the vibrations were actually coming from the laundromat next to IHOP. If someone is using equipment there, you might experience those vibrations in the restaurant.
The food is amazing. Love the ambiance! I wish it was warmer because the patio looked so inviting! The waiter was so nice, friendly and hilarious and helped my friend, who was in a minor car accident on the way to meet me here, feel so much better! Will come again and try other items on the menu! Everything we had was delicious. It's small, so wouldn't recommend for large groups unless you can get on the patio.
This place has some pretty dang good fried chicken and the sides are definitely what makes this place unique. My favorite side has to be the brussel sprouts, they're soo addicting. The decor of the restaurant is also perfect for those pics on the insta feed! Don't even get me started about their pies. Please, just do yourself a favor and try their pies... Delicious! IHOP is my favorite spot to eat in the arts district. They offer a wide range of delicious menu items, including several vegan options. The prices are affordable, and their sausages stand out with a great selection of flavors, from sweet to spicy. Plus, there’s plenty of outdoor seating, which makes it easy to keep a safe distance.
The service here is friendly, and the muffin sandwiches are delicious, accompanied by equally tasty coffee and lattes! There's plenty of street parking available, and the lively music creates a great atmosphere while you enjoy your meal or wait for your order.
The place looks the same and serves the same menu. The food was good, especially the Belgian waffle, though it was a bit cold. The service was alright, nothing to complain about. Overall, I’d rate it an eight out of ten.

The Baked Brie with apricot compote, roasted pepitas, roasted garlic, sage, and toast is fantastic. The pork belly appetizer and short ribs dinner are also excellent options.
