Today is sep. 21/22 I ordered chicken and waffles. As I am waiting for my order to come up. I notice on my table it wasn't clean. I asked a waitress to clean it. My food arrived. And the chicken was overcooked. And the waffles were cold. Cold to thepoint where it wouldn't even melt butter. You know like I do, If you send the food back good chances of the chef will leavesomething special on it. Plus I was rushed for time. When I inform the waitress. She gave me an excuse that the chicken takeslonger so it sat there. And I stated, why didn't the chef cook the waffles last? Checked out there online menu before going chose the meal I wanted, grilled tilapia. When I got there it is no longer on their menu so had to choose a higher priced item. I was there between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. the dinner hour and there were only threetables of customers. I really should have just left as they didn't have what I originally went for and I had to settle. You doget two sides with a meal but the presentation was very lacking and I had to ask for a piece of bread to go with the meal whichwas half cold instead of all grilled. There are better places to go to now, IHOP has really slipped.
The food was enjoyable overall, but the gravy had a watery flavor that didn't quite hit the mark. While it contained the typical ingredients—water, flour, and pepper—it didn't taste like proper gravy. The bathroom had a bit of an odor and showed some signs of wear, although it was kept clean. On a positive note, the service was commendable.
This is a fantastic spot for breakfast. While the prices are a bit steep for just eggs and pancakes, there are other dishes that are definitely worth trying. I particularly love the carafe of coffee; it's my favorite feature! The service was great, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Good value.3 to 9 pm IHoppy hour meals for $6Steak burger and fries, chicken strips and pancakes, BLT and onion rings.All were good. Service was a little slow but I noticed there was only one person serving so he was very busy doing the best he could. He also had a positive attitude.Great, 5 star for 6$ a meal.
Food was good as expected. Our waitress brought our food, check in once and then ignored us. However there was another waiter , big guy with glasses, who actually checked on us several times and helped us. He was awesome.
Our order was incorrect, and one item was overcooked. After sending some of it back, the replacement we received was equally disappointing. We eventually gave up and ate what we had. We won't be returning anytime soon.
The after 3PM Menu is hard to beat. Steakburger is soooo good! The over 55 menu is better than most places. Everything is fresh, hot, and delicious. The servers are always friendly and attentive.

Ihop's pancakes, hash browns and sausages are unique; The taste just can't be found anywhere else. Their prices are fair and my dog is welcomed on the patio.
I had the salmon dinner which was pretty good but they didn't even have any tartar sauce! They should either have some ready-made or learn how to make some.
