Forgot hashbrown on my omelette, pancakes were hard, forgot chocolate chips on my daughter's smiley face pancakes, which she loves and didn't get. My husband got raw egg..he wanted sunny side up yes, but it was way to gooey, not enough sugar and milk for coffee. Waiter wasn't to much of a helper. I always go to the IHOP on Trenton, I should always go to the IHOP on Trenton waaaaay better everything! Pancakes are always fluffy and savory melts in your mouth, and sooo warm ?Never coming to this one again.
Customer service kept calling people their neighbor which was pretty funny at first but then became really annoying. When reaching our table, the place smelt like rotten eggs so we moved to another table. We switched to another table and got a cheesy chicken ranch and the chicken was very undercooked. The milkshake wasn’t like a regular milkshake either as it wasn’t thick and not really cold either. I do not recommend this place, as there is also other places like Denny’s and Chili’s near that area.
I hope that our experience is exclusive to this location and not that I HOP is deteriorating! The place was depressing. The waitress was rushing us although they didn't have that many people. She made two mistakes with the order and food took too long. I asked for toast and I had to ask another waitress to bring it. The eggs were to cold by the time they brought the two pieces of toast that they charged $3 for! Not very welcoming or friendly. Not coming back.
