I visited this restaurant for the first time in three years, feeling a bit anxious. My previous experiences were decent, but there has been a lot of negative press recently regarding staffing, service, and food quality in restaurants in general. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and taken to a booth as I requested. I really appreciated the tall, clear plastic dividers between the booths. The place was impeccably clean. The last couple of visits here were kinda eh. My partner and I had walked out the second we were seated after noticing a hair strand on our table. After giving this place one last chance, it turned out to be our last. I ordered the breakfast sampler and my hash brown and eggs were so cold and stuck together with little to no seasoning. My toast was very dry and brittle and they rushed us the entire time. The wait staff isn't the worst, but they could honestly do better with who they hire. Will definitely be visiting another location.
We visited from Philly and Stayed at a nearest hotel and came here for dinner ,and breakfast next morning ! Food was not fresh and the staff was more bad and got bad attitude both of the time . Usually the people at IHOP ain 't that rude ! Or I have never been to one before like this . Save your day by avoiding this can 't you make your own breakfast home attitude and go somewhere else . CONS: One downside is that the restaurant opens at 7 AM, which is a bit late for early risers. I think an opening time of 5 or 6 AM would be more suitable for those looking to start their day early.
OVERALL: This is an excellent spot for breakfast, or even for lunch and dinner. Unless you’re aiming for a super early meal, I highly recommend this place!
I particularly enjoy their 2x2x2 breakfast option for seniors. The bottomless coffee and pancakes are excellent. I would definitely recommend going back. Since it's a national chain, the menu and service standards are quite consistent. You can expect the same experience at any IHOP you visit across the country.
i came here with my family one sunday morning. Was absolutely appalled by the way the owner treated us with a nasty scowl and my eggs were so undercooked you could practically hear the chicken still clucking. So disappointed...
I go to the IHOP once a week to meet friends for breakfast. The staff are friendly and they do not rush you out. Joe, the new manager checks in the guests. Food is made to order and always hot

Food is good, prices aren't that good. very expensive , for a diner. the ihop rewards all get you a lot of free food and is worth it. points add up easily.
Horrible, pancakes cold and stiff and bacon tasted like it had gone bad. Waited 45 minutes for food and it was inedible. Won't be going back
