My family and I went out to eat at IHOP after church. Normally this IHOP in st andrews road is really good with great customer service. That was not the case yesterday. We sat down to be waited on for like 10 minutes. My husband had to call for someone to come take our order. It was a bunch of employees sitting down playing and laughing with each other at a booth beside us. The guy that was working in that section acted as if he didn't want to service us. So they sent someone else to be our server. Her name was Skylar she was great. While eating we witnessed a lot of horse playing going on, the employees was arguing with each other and they was playing in each other hair (gross) I didn't wit...
Wow, I don?t even know where to start. I never Left a review before and I?ve had some pretty bad experiences but this one I can?t let go. The food taste like it was sitting overnight and just microwaved in the morning. It was not edible. Very disgusting? They had the nerve to put spoiling avocados on my omelette, barely any bacon in the bacon temptation, and the bacon was undercooked. Crepes tasted like rubber and were cold. Ketchup packets looked like they were stepped on before they were put into my bag, they were all sticky and dirty looking. I?m so disappointed I never had food this bad from ihop before. They don?t even have ihop bags I should have known something was up smh
We were early to meet our 3rd person, and the parking lot seemed very full, so we went in to put our name on the waiting list and, surprisingly there were plenty of tables so we were seated immediately, before our third person arrived. The waitress was extremely pleasant and helpful, got our drinks, and checked back periodically while we were waiting. The food was excellent and we truly enjoyed the entire experience! I’ve been to alot of different IHOP restaurants. This one on 813 St Andrews RD hasn’t been disappointing! Sure you have the typical busy hours during Sunday’s after church but for the most part I get in with ease. I never had problem with customer and the food is usually always on point. It is not as friendly as it use to be. The waitresses don't engage with you as much as they use to. The menu does not have as many choices ut the food is good. Always love the French Toast! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
I ordered a to-go omelette grits this morning. I had to stop at the grocery store on my way home, but when I ate the meal, it was still warm very tasty.
