I observed one female waitress managing her section of the restaurant, and she was outstanding. Everyone was treated with kindness and respect. We really enjoyed our meal, and the cook did a fantastic job. We drove from Ellenwood, GA specifically for the excellent service at this location. We appreciated that we weren't kept waiting to be seated, and the staff made sure everyone felt valued. I also noticed a woman in the restaurant who appeared to be homeless, and without hesitation, they provided her with food. I've seen so many places that wouldn't offer help, regardless of whether she was paying or not. I truly appreciated the compassion and care the waitress showed her. God bless!
Happy holidays! I give this restaurant 4 stars. The only reasons for not giving a full 5 are that the employees were seen on their phones when they weren't busy, and the women's restroom was not clean. Additionally, several stalls, including the handicap accessible one, were in need of tissue. However, when we informed our waitress, Yasmine, she promptly passed our concerns to the manager, and by the time we finished in the restroom, all the issues had been addressed.
I ordered gluten-friendly pancakes and added some toppings that weren't gluten-friendly, and they were fantastic. They looked a bit different, but the flavor was incredible. My sons loved the blueberry French toast and pancakes—no complaints at all. The restaurant is a bit small, so there was a wait, but the food was definitely worth it!
Peaceful, wholesome morning environment. The food is always served well. If you ever go to this location in Hapeville, please ask for Claudia; she is literally the sweetest and the most hardworking waitress I've ever experienced. Leaving here after a nice breakfast will definitely leave a smile on your face!

Incredibly fast service. I came in at 3 PM, and had my food to me by 3:19 PM. Jessica, my server, was very kind and efficient. The food was great, as always. I stayed for a while as I was waiting on a friend to pick me up. Nobody at IHOP tried to rush meout, which I appreciated.
Not what I expected. Server we quick and efficient. One of the employees informed me my lights were left on. My automobile would not start. The cook came with his truck and jumped my vehicle. Very friendly. Oh the food was good also. The diningroom looked clean.
The food is fantastic! The customer service is excellent. The staff I've encountered are friendly and attentive, checking in every 10 minutes to see if you need anything else. This is my favorite spot for breakfast!
The waitress was attentive, and the bathroom was clean when I washed my hands. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. I arrived hungry and left feeling very happy!

Came here while our motorhome was being serviced at Cummins about four miles away. Had a really good breakfast and enjoyed the fabulous service provided by Claudia.
