This specific location is the best service i have ever gotten from ANY dining place. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while and not once have we gotten treated with anything less than a family type love and respect. Specifically Barbara and Adam have continued to make our breakfasts the best they could be. For the kindness these hard working people give, i would wait hours for a short stack. Some people don't understand what it means to be understaffed but through all of that stress every employee here continues to keep smiles on their faces and a great attitude. PLUS their rewards app is amazing I highly suggest it.

Horrible service. Had a family of 13 come in and refused to let us seat at the private room knowing there was 6 kids on top of that. I see a lot of horrible reviews of this place making people wait 30 minutes with tables available and it’s true. We decided not to stay the wait and as we used the restroom real quick, a group of employees standing in kitchen watching people walk by and not at ALL working. Do better. If I could, I wouldn’t rate this place 1 star at all but it’s unfortunate I have to to even POST this comment..

Thankfully Adam saved your butts over there. Food was okay, blueberries had tons of stems on them lol cool but not good when they are covered in syrup. Took forever to be seated, on top of that it took a while for food. Adam was super punctual and polite. His upkeep of our table was perfect. Thank you Adam for the great experience!

The servers are nice as can be but the food isn't worth the wait. The floor is sticky and there are cobwebs everywhere in the windows. The coffee was bad and it's just overall not a great location.

They are understaffed but our waitress was super sweet and kept everyone happy. Food was amazing.
