The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. The food was exactly what you would expect from IHOP—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying for what it is. The coffee was a bit on the weak side (maybe a light roast?), but it was good and plentiful. The digital menu accessed via QR code was a nice touch, though it would have been great if they included nutritional information as well. Perhaps that was an oversight, haha!
This is one of the best IHOPs I've ever visited. The food not only looked great but also tasted amazing. The quesadillas were outstanding, especially when you add extra pickled jalapeños. The eggs Benedict were good too, although I’m not a fan of hollandaise sauce, so I spiced them up with some Cholula hot sauce. Overall, this IHOP definitely exceeded the quality of my local one.
The service was a bit slow, and there were two homeless individuals sitting in the booth next to us. I assume someone gave them money to buy food, which was kind, but their strong odor affected my appetite. I rated the food as average since I didn't eat much and couldn't properly evaluate it.

Tonight, the staff at IHOP exceeded any restaurant experience I've ever had, and I've visited many across the country. To sum it up, it involved pancakes for my child at 8:45 PM, which left me in the parking lot crying happy tears.
I'm not sure how many times I've had to order food here for things to change! This time, both my one-year-old and I ended up with food poisoning from the kids' menu!
the operating hours are not listed correctly online. either they changed their hours to close at 9pm rather than 10pm or they just wanted to go home early lol
