Ihop - Reservar una mesa

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I called several times, but no one picked up. I finally received my to-go order, and, naturally, it was incorrect. All the IHOPs in the Bowie and Crofton areas are consistently disappointing. I ordered the cupcake pancakes recently because I love them with the complementary frosting and whipped cream, yet both were missing from my order. If you're not going to make an effort to provide customers with what they've paid for, to-go orders shouldn’t even be an option.

There's no one at the front door to greet you. They're always gathered in the back, just outside the kitchen. They're not sure what table they're assigned to, and they will walk past you continuously until you stop someone for assistance. The food comes takes a while to come out, and this was with the store only about half full. The food did come out correctly and nice and hot.

i love this place. The are known for their pancakes, but I tried the eggs benedict. My boyfriend had the strawberry waffle and they were both delicious. The staff is very attentive and the food was delivered quickly. We moved in the neighborhood down the street and have been coming every week.

Good service other then the lady across from us complaining cause there was a up charge for scrapple . She is why these business go out of business cause she wants free food. Great

Waited awhile to get served. And it wasn't even crowded. No one told the waiter who was in the kitchen that someone was at his table.

It is the worst place, very bad service, the waiters are not attentive at all and forget the orders

Store forgot the compote for the specialty pancakes, but the omelettes were great.

The phone line is consistently disconnected, and the service is very poor.

Fantastic! The food is always fresh. Their omelettes are superb.
