I visited this restaurant today with my family, including a 5-year-old boy and a 1-year-old boy. The waiter was pressuring me for a tip, claiming that groups of 5 are expected to leave a $25 tip. She waited with me until I added the tip on the receipt. The food was average, the service was poor, and the atmosphere was mediocre.

Clean and small IHOP. The food was good and the portions were above average from other locations. It seems to be more employees than customers on Thursday, but we got our first cup of coffee 20mins after we set foot in us first. One of those things that tend to be a secret why it happened. Total good place.

I loved how this place was so welcoming the workers were so nice and greeted you when you walk in and my kids love the pancakes..
