This used to be a favorite of my wife and I. But we had our last meal that this facility. We went in a few months back and we left because the place was empty and it took fifteen minutes for someone to come and seat us. We overlooked that, but thenafter another fifteen minutes of waiting for someone to take our order, we left. Today it took ten minutes for someone to waiton us, the place had four tables of customers in the whole restaurant. We placed our order and when the waitress brought it,half of my wife's meal fell off the plate and landed on the table. My wife said that's fine I'll have just a short stack. Thefranchise owner needs to make a decision to either staff the place or close. There were only three other tables with customerseating. The poor waitress looked like the only one working there. Won't go back and can't see how this place will survive. We had been long time customers, but won't be back.
They said they had a senior ham and cheese omelette. Then when she brought it to me she informed me they did not have a senior ham and cheese omelette so she said she adjusted the price about 50 cents LOL. And I do not like that they put pancake batter inthe eggs for omelettes. So no I did not like it in my hash browns were mushy inside but the service was excellent
Great location , been here a couple times and they must be hurting for employees since the wait time to get a table has gotten worse and restaurant is not even halfway full) servers can only do so much so my respect to them but don't expect to be fullysatisfied with the amount of service or attention you'll get.
Staff was good, food was hot delicious, and came out in record time. My ONLY complaint is that they discontinued biscuits gravy, which was why I had gone there in the first place. I-Hops biscuits were buttery and had the perfect moisture content. RIPbiscuits gravy. Should you ever return, so shall I.
