Food was good. But the service definitely needs help. We waited up front to be seated while two employees just waited and stared at us for 5 minutes on the other side of the restaurant. When we asked if we seated ourselves that’s when they came to seat us. We waited much longer for our food. Our waitress then dropped off the check right after giving us our food but then was nowhere to be found afterwards. We waited about 40 minutes before I went to a busser who was clearing a table for some to go boxes and to pay our check.

I was nervous, to say the least, given the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good. Our server came right over and seated us, got our drinks, and then our order. Even the cook came out with some of our orders as we had a large group. He was extremely pleasant. I really was happy with the experience. Price was on par for the amount of food we had, and the portion size was great.Parking: Great location so plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: The entire front is all accessible parking.

I want to give a big thank you to Mark, who exceeded expectations simply because he wanted to. Whenever I order food from different places, there always seems to be some kind of issue, but not at IHOP. The food is always delicious, the portions are great, and everything is fresh. The staff is amazing, and the food packaging is top-notch. I highly recommend their family meals, as we have never been disappointed with anything we've ordered. The kids meals are also great for families with children.

I came to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday at this restaurant. Unfortunately, she ordered a t-bone steak that was terrible; she asked for it medium but it came out medium well. The chicken tenders were also over fried. Despite these issues, everything else we ordered was great and the service was wonderful. If I were to come back, I would recommend sticking to the breakfast menu rather than trying the lunch or dinner options. Reserva una mesa ahora

I don't think it was the fault of this particular IHOP but the food was terrible. The new eggs Benedict, just give them a pass. Almost nothing on the English muffin and cost more a regular dish. Either the cooks don't care or it's all re-heated corporate nonsense. Their are so many local diners at a slightly lower price point and a much better quality. The wait staff is super friendly but overworked.

Our waitress -Christy R- was amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to and pleasant conversation. Honestly one of the best waitresses we have had in a very long time!!! The food was ok but part was a bit cold compared to the rest. Definitely Christy made the experience good regardless of the food. Thanks girl!

I ordered food for curbside pickup. When I got home, my eggs and pancakes were undercooked and the ham was burnt. I had ordered cheesecake pancakes, but received buttermilk pancakes instead. To make matters worse, the buttermilk pancakes were raw. Keep in mind, I paid an extra $2 for the cheesecake flavor.

The reeses pancakes were AMAZING. Got them substituted for the regular pancakes in the breakfast sampler. Free coffee refills were nice, server was great. Honestly if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I don't understand any of the negative reviews on here, everything was perfect for me. Reserva una mesa ahora

They accommodated a very large wedding party for breakfast on the day after the wedding. Our waitress was super and others helped her to bring out the food to serve us all together! I was really impressed!

Waited entirely too long for food definitely more than 30 minutes.Wasn’t busy at all from other IHops I’ve gone too. The waitress barely checked in after taking our order. I don’t plan on coming back.
