The food was decent, but that was the only positive aspect of my experience. The staff argued and cursed about who was to blame for various issues in the kitchen. We never received a full meal because they were too overwhelmed. The area was dirty, and had I peeked into the kitchen, I would have left immediately. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, and our supposedly "clean" table was sticky with remnants from previous diners. The only positive aspect of my visit to IHOP was the food. Unfortunately, the staff seemed preoccupied with personal disputes and gossip about their coworkers in the kitchen. We didn’t receive any drink refills throughout our meal due to their distraction. The dining area was quite dirty; when I caught a glimpse of the kitchen, I regretted not leaving right away. My oldest daughter and I came to IHOP for breakfast. We both enjoyed our food so much!! We have gluten allergies, and were so happy with the gluten-free pancakes and waffles. What’s great is that our waitress noticed our possible dietary restriction. So when we also ordered an omelette, she let us know that omelettes normally have flour to make them more fluffy. She asked if we wanted cracked eggs instead. Thank you for noticing!! We appreciate it. The only thing that would take the experience to the next level: get stevia packets as an option for coffee. But it wasn’t a big deal, we loved our experience regardless. Thank you!
The service I experienced here was great. The server was quick friendly and checked in on us many times. The food was made well and to order. Their actual supply of food was a little lacking and limited what could be ordered but wasn't a big issue forus. However this restaurant needs to take a day or two and close its doors and deep clean the entire restaurant. There is avery thick noticeable layer of dust on the ledges the lamps that hang over the tables you eat at everywhere. The bathrooms tooneeded a deep cleanning. It's very obvious this place is lacking in its care to keep things clean.

One of the weirdest experiences I 've had. Waitress was impatient and had no personality. Asked a question and it was it was answered by shaking her head no Seemed to be in a rush when there was no need to be.. Never checked on us. Never asked if we needed refills, never asked if it was good. When we needed something we had to yell excuse me as she was walking by and it seemed we were an inconvenience.A few other guest and our group were made to sit by the back exit door when the whole restaurant had seating up front. I don 't think I 'll be going back to this place after this experience.
We stopped by this restaurant while traveling, and it wasn't too busy. My partner ordered the Pablano Omelet, while I chose the pancake combo with a blueberry pancake. My breakfast was fantastic, and I loved every bite. I tried a bit of my partner’s omelet, and if I had been the one who ordered it, I would have sent it back. There were green peppers and jalapeños, but not a hint of pablanos. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good omelet, but it just didn’t match the description.
The dining experience was decent, but the waiter was quite loud and overly friendly, which came off as insincere. His mannerisms were rather irritating, as he spoke to us as if we were children or didn’t understand English. It was distracting enough that others in the restaurant could easily hear him. When I addressed this with the manager, she mentioned that she only receives compliments about his behavior, which is hard to believe.

I tasted my husband's omelet and, if it had been me who orderedit, I would have sent it back. There were green bell peppers and jalapeños but no sign of pablanos. Don't get me wrong, itwas a good omelette but, just not as advertised.
