Arrived around 10am, the Hostess saw us enter but turned away to talk to the cooks in the back, giggling until my partner asked loudly for us to be seated. She sat us angrily and then ignored us for 30m. Continued to serve 3 families that came after us,I'm guessing just to be vindictive. After we had a male server take us instead, we recieved our food after 25 minutes and thefood was extremely delicious, huge portions for the price which is always great. After we finished eating we sat there for 10minutes trying to get a servers attention but no luck as they were still stuck chatting behind the counter. I ordered curly pickup, came there a few minutes after the scheduled time and called to let her that I was there. 10 minutes later and nothing so I called again and they brought it out. When I got him, I had to cook the speck again. it looked white and undercooked. I ordered the hash-brown-extra-crisis and they were also underused. not even brown, only a light gold in a small part and the rest looked like they only heated it in a microshaft. very disappointed
Came in on a Sunday night, there was about 5 tables already sat and eating. Our server didn?t care if customers were there or not, 10 mins go by no menu, when she finally came over to take our order she had an attitude like she didn?t want to be at workthat day. About 30 mins after that we still didn?t get our drinks. At this point we realized our food may not come and ourserver hadn?t checked on us either. IHOP fan, but won?t come back to this location.
The service has gone down drastically. We asked for a cup of water when we ordered, when they brought the food and when I had to ask her again. They talked about my brother asking for sourdough instead of whole wheat bread close to us, just enough for us to hear them. I understand they didn't have many servers/ help but at least come by once in a while and tell us, we are running behind or can I get you a refill or a hi. None of that happened. Oh well.

What's up with the service at this location? Who is in charge of staffing? Why is there only ONE server during the night? After not going to this location in over two years, nothing has changed. It's 8pm and there's one server. We were sat down with menusand NOBODY came to the table in the 15 minutes we were there. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID this location at all costs unless you want towait around with poor service all night.
Our server Evalina? Was great, she was very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the food itself wasn't up to par as you would expect from an IHOP (we've been to more than a handful). It wasn't busy so it can't be a result of a busy kitchen but it was definitely bland. I tried my daughter's food and my mother's and theirs was as bland as ours. And to top it off it wasn't as hot as it usually is. Too bad
The menu and food are reliable and consistent, and have remained so despite the pandemic and IHOP has good variety. The staff is friendly and efficient and I can either get in and out quickly or I can linger a bit and read with coffee in hand until I finish an article and am ready to move on. I appreciate IHOP.
Thank you to Vanessa tonight , her customer service was amazing.. We're a big family with many different requests. She had patients was a sweetheart. Thank you to the cook as well , food was Great !

The food was great as always, but the waitress was moody, the guy that was cleaning the tables gave us better service.
it was good that it took 10 minutes to get space and eat delay. overall the service and eating was okay.
