The service was a 10/10 . The food on the other hand was a 2/10! Our whole food was cold! We were a party of six and every single plate was cold! I normally love ihop and the pancakes are my favorite!!! Not this time around it was sooooooo bad!!!we were also seated on half a booth and on the both side there was rat **** !!!!!will be posting the picture of the rat **** later today....
Visiting from Texas and we stopped by IHOP for breakfast and we were amazed by the great services from Jeffery (waiter) and Miguel (Manager). The restaurant was very clean, and the food came out hot delicious. This IHOP staff could show other restaurants (management) how to successfully run a great business. Thanks again, Miguel!
I Love this location. The foods always great, the coffees hot and the restaurant is CLEAN. Carlos, Drake and the whole team were great. The manager takes time to check in with everyone. There was an issue with my to go order but they rectified the situation immediately and with no fuss or hassle about it. A+ service!
Got here at 11:30 on a Wednesday was told it'd be a 5 minute wait. Not because they're busy but because there's only two servers. If they make us wait 5 min just to sit when there are plenty of open tables in the restaurant I can only imagine the pace of the service. We just left to go eat Denny's lol Reserva una mesa ahora
There was only one lady taking care of everything and she was so efficient and fast, my shake was perfect not too thick, the food was awsome (thank you cook) i mean... so clean so simple so delicious ! Recomend 100
They serve the most delicious chocolate pancakes. Great prices, yummy food! The only thing about this place is, it gets packed quick, so there may be a wait time before being seated. Overall, nice place.
Ordered online and our food came fast. I ordered, drove right after sending to the restaurant and it was ready when I got there. The hostess was very friendly and made sure we had all our wishes.
