Ordering food at 2:00 a.m. because it was the only thing open nowhere on the website doesn't say that you have to pay in order for them to make your food or for you to be able to pick up so I have to pay online because they don't take cash of course and then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make horrible cheesesteaks. It was also extremely misleading because I thought it was a actual cheesesteak place but it was IHOP and the girl that serves me had the biggest attitude in the world like don't take the third shift if you don't want to work third shift. They need a manager present on the weekend , what I experience on 5/14/2022 was unacceptable , I went in for a quick dine .. I was seated and not attended to for about 10 mins or possibly more. On top of that the staff is full of children who don’t care about their jobs .. they sit on they phones and text you have a couple that apparently work together because instead of assisting customers they were sharing a long extended hug .. to be honest this is not how an establishment should conduct them
My server on my last visit was great however getting a good server is a dice roll. The quality of service has gone down at this location. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Smaller portions of food for more money, at times employees act like they don't really want to be there, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is another dice roll. I love IHOP pancakes so I take my chances and pray over my food.
Our server was extremely polite and promptly took our drink order as soon as we were ready. He returned quickly with our drinks and then took our dinner selections. The food was perfectly prepared and delivered in a timely manner! Overall, it was a wonderful dinner on Friday, and I want to give a shout-out to our server!

Our server was very polite and after he introduced himself, immediately took our drink order. He returned with our drinks and took our dinner selections. The food was perfect and delivered in an extremely timely fashion! It was a great Friday evening dinner experience and kudos to our server!!!
I understand it's understaffed at 3am, however, the only waiter attended one group the entire time. We sat for 35 mins and not even water was served to us. No one even approached our table. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Food arrived to the table cold. Waiter took too long to bring the sides for French toasts. Flavors weren’t the same. I will never come here again!!! Spend too much money to leave all the food on table.
The pancake is the standout dish at this restaurant. The food was delicious and served promptly. The menu also offers a nice selection of breakfast breads.
