We were guests today. The restaurant is beautifully located on Lake Constance. The staff was very friendly and the decor is very attractive. We each had a steak, the quality of the meat was top and it was cooked wonderfully medium. Unfortunately, my steak was totally over salted due to the sea salt that was sprinkled under and on the meat. That's why, despite the quality of the meat, I can only give it 1 star. When we asked if we liked it, I said that it was very salty. They wanted to pass it on to the kitchen. After dinner we ordered an espresso and a cappuccino. I'm not a person who looks for a fly in the ointment. But I would have liked to have had the cappuccino paid for on the house aft...
We were able to celebrate our wedding anniversary with over 30 people in the not too great ambience of the ilfaro. The tables were festively set, the organization throughout the day was professional, the service was extremely competent and friendly, not intrusive! The chef, Mr. Johannes Ratz, and his team delighted us with high-quality food, a poem for the palate, a culinary dream! The feedback from our guests is exclusively positive!!!! The direct view of the lake cannot be beaten. We recommend you and we will come back. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable day, everything was just right.
Wir waren gestern in dem neuen Restaurant und sind restlos begeistert. Das Ambiente ist unbeschreiblich schön. Der direkte Blick auf den See rundete unseren Besuch ab. Für besondere Anlässe ein MUSS. Das Essen ist sehr hochwertig und geschmacklich der Wahnsinn. Wir werden wieder kommen und diese besondere Auszeit erneut genießen. Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und hat uns einen schönen Abend bereitet. 5 Sterne zurecht verdient, da das Gesamtkonzept super stimmig. danke!
Unfortunately, elegant ambience is difficult to find. Use the main entrance of the thermal baths and go up the stairs. We couldn't say more, we would have liked to eat, it was surprisingly closed. Open despite Google. Annoying because we specifically interrupted our trip from France and got off the highway. Suggestion, definitely improve the signage to the restaurant.

Enjoying the sunset on this terrace with a sundowner and a light beer was a dream. All-round view from Pfände Swiss shore Lindau Island. Professional, very nice top service. The food was excellent. The Mediterranean starter variation is highly recommended. We were also completely impressed by the currywurst with a particularly fine sauce and first-class fries.
We enjoyed a great vegetarian 3-course meal here. In addition to the delicious food, we particularly liked the great service (personal and friendly, attentive and courteous, but never intrusive). Another highlight was the tasteful live piano music. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent food and outstanding service. After visiting the thermal spa, our wedding day spontaneously became even more beautiful and a perfect culinary ending.
