Il Segreto - Reservar una mesa

Food very good. Service good to very good...it was a busy night and our waitress was stretched. Had to ask wait staff often for what we needed. The first bottle of red we ordered was inappropriately warm which was the management's bad move not the server. Upstairs room more quiet than down stairs which us too noisy for me. I prefer a bit less hecticness and may avoid Saturdays. Happy business seems bustling for Il Segreto

Everything was great with the exception of our reception at arrival. I asked a random waiter a question about our reservation and he snapped at me. He seemed overwhelmed and took it out on my question about when we would be seated. Also, the manager was not very cordial and welcoming. Luckily our waitress was very nice and made sure we were comfortable
