Came here with 19 colleagues for dinner. The food was just fantastic the wine, a primativo was great the service was excellent and the experience just perfect. Hard to have a group of 20 and when the dinner is over everyone had a clean plate.I had a scallop appetizer with pike perch in an orange sauce panna cotta desert and it was all fantastic Nice setting very ItalianWhen I get back to Frankfort I will visit this restaurant again
Small, intimate Italian restaurant. They make their pasta fresh everyday. I had the stroganoff with round pasta that was excellent. No reservation was needed, there is some limited outdoor seating. It is on a narrow, brick side street. The staff does not speak English, but they are from Italy, so between our Spanglish and their Italian we did fine. Its in a safe neighborhood, it was wonderful.
We stayed at Il Veccio for the New Year's Eve and were very happy with the food. Just a little skeptical what the choice was given a menu because I would never have ordered one or the other with free choice. But it was okay! We would have liked a little baggage on the house. Of course nothing to do with the quality of food. We like to come back.
Frankfurt Hoest is not known for its culinary variety. The more I was surprised to find a solid Italian restaurant with tasty food and good wine. I had the carpaccio, guinea fowl with porcini and black truffle, and a desert a can't pronounce. All in all I left as a very happy customer. Reserva una mesa ahora
