Hello to all, We came on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at noon with my spouse to celebrate our PACS. We didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the mastery and daring of the chef who made dishes with finesse, creativity and dexterity. The principle of having a choice between a particular menu for the evening and a menu for the noon that changes every week or every two weeks (for the evening) is very unusual and bold. Surprising mixtures that can make us love foods that we don’t usually appreciate. For my part, I don’t like raw meat and thanks to the chef, I learned to appreciate this way of cooking. An incredible dinner! A great discovery between friends. A beautiful setting in the city center but without its tumult. The Cheffe is bold in her associations and the result in the plate proves how much she masters! From mouth to coffee, everything was perfect! And the wine deal is just as mastered as the rest. Bravo also to the whole team that allowed us this nice moment
