Imelda's - Reserva de mesa

We've been visiting this restaurant throughout the past two years, and despite its change of location, the food remains just as we love it! The service is consistently fantastic, and Jessica is the sweetest and most attentive manager we've ever encountered. You can tell during each visit that our satisfaction is a top priority for them. The authentic Mexican cuisine, made from family recipes and featuring handmade tortillas, is simply unbeatable!

The recent changes at Imelda's have been incredibly refreshing. Every time I've visited, the food has been outstanding, and the service has been exceptional. The staff truly understands what it means to provide service with a smile. Tables are cleared promptly, and when I request extra lemons or tortillas, it no longer feels like I'm inconveniencing anyone, as it did in the past. Great management leads to a fantastic team!

I found this little place on Google when I was passing through town, so I stopped here for some lunch. Let me tell you the food was excellent. Everybody was very kind and kept checking on me if I needed anything. I sat out front on the patio in the sunshine had a great lunch.

I had the Huevos Rancheros, and it was quite good. However, there was a bit too much red sauce for my taste, so next time I’ll ask for it on the side. I'm looking forward to trying their tacos during my next visit. It’s a popular little spot! Reserva una mesa ahora

South Tex food. Favourite dinner in Caldwell. I lived at the South Tex border for a year and fell in love with the food. Imelda has it. If you understand what I mean to go, then let it go for those of us who do.

Not many places Idaho can take me back home to Southern Texas. Imelda’s absolutely did. Don’t expect your typical Americanized Mexican food here. This is the real deal.

Coffee is good too but their food is great! Very nice little place. Parking isn't bad either
