I love Imos Pizza?. I went to lunch and man oh man it was delicious.. The staff was very nice and the customer service was very professional and fast. They greeted me and talked to me after placing my order. I have a 10 inch pizza with a soda? The food was nice and hot and I enjoyed it. I always loved Imo's pizza? since I was 5 years old The bathroom I could say cleaner and if you were a fast food restaurant, I personally think it must be clean every two hours. It wasn't super dirty, but it was cleaner?. The parking lot is small so parking might be a problem. But if you get there early, you'll get a seat. The interior is beautiful. You have a candy machine for the kids and a fridge with soda...
My husband and I recently ordered a pizza from this restaurant and were very disappointed. When it arrived, we found that the edges were burnt, causing the pizza to be rock hard on the edges and soggy in the center. When my husband called to address the issue, he was treated poorly and told to bring the pizza back in. The manager did not believe us, claiming she had personally cut the pizza herself. To make matters worse, we were also charged a delivery fee. This was the worst customer service experience we have had, and the pizza was the worst Imo's pizza we have ever had. We will not be ordering from this location again.
The pizzas was burnt, over cook and cold ! I spent $50 for this mess. I will never go to this site again, they're horrible. I just called to complain and they requested I come back to the restaurant so they can see the burnt pizza, I told them I can take a picture since I was across town, or I can bring it back in tomorrow. The district manger said he needs to see it in person, so I'll let the comment page see the pizza ! Don't visit this site, or go during another shift other than night shift..... I honestly believe they gave me a canceled order. The order was ready within 10 minutes, again they're horrible.
I had never tried Saint Louis style pizza before, and I definitely won't be trying it again. It was even worse than any frozen pizza I have ever had. Not only was the pizza terrible, but I also tried their lasagna and it was just as bad. I spent $50 on this meal, when I could have gotten better frozen food for less than $10. This was the first time I have ever had a pizza that was actually disgusting. Most "bad" pizza is still edible, but I had to throw this one in the trash after just a few bites. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordnete 50 roasted raviolis for me (only GOD can judge me). They asked for enough sauce to drown the delicious morsel, and they were not disappointed. Additional sauce costs extra (as you imagine), but they actually hold their end of the bargain. Whoever worked there on 23 September at 10.00 is really MVP. Respect.
tj was absolutely spectacular, went back to the pouring rain to get the missing travs that the computer screwed on. the product, as always, was perfectly delicious, and my man tj was ready to go the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. thanks imo creve coeur, and promote tj!
