When I spoke with the manager, she expressed doubts about whether I was just trying to get free food. Since no one had taken my name for the order, there was no way to confirm that it was mine. She assured me she would issue a refund, but I found it frustrating to be treated that way after being patient and friendly. I'm quite shocked at how poorly the manager handled the situation. While I realize that the initial errors weren’t entirely her fault, it’s still disappointing to think that I paid for something I never received. It seems that even a small order was too challenging for them to handle properly.
I had a frustrating experience at Imo's in St. Louis. I used to live in Maplewood, and although Hampton used to deliver to my address, they no longer do. Webster only allows for pickups, which is inconvenient since I'm situated nicely between all three locations. The staff who answer the phones are often rude or seem disinterested in my orders. I tried placing my order online instead, but it arrived missing several items. Overall, I'm quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the lunch special, which consisted of a roast beef sandwich on garlic cheese bread, and it was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised to find that Imo's also offers excellent fries. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a substantial sandwich, a generous serving of fries, and a 20oz drink for around $13. It was definitely worth it!
The pizza at this restaurant is amazing, particularly if you're a fan of provel cheese, which I really like. However, I do think it's a bit on the expensive side, so I usually choose other spots in a similar price range that offer pizzas I find more enticing.
Delicious food and excellent customer service! Imo's truly offers the best pizza in the world, in my opinion. However, the boys' bathroom could use some cleaning; my son found it quite off-putting. Despite that, the food was still fantastic!
The pizza was delicious, but the chicken strips were cooked in old, burnt oil, rendering them unappetizing.
