When I opened the box to add my dipping sauces, I noticed there was pepperoni on the pizza. I didn't think I had ordered pepperoni, as I never choose that topping. So, I called the store to inform them of the mistake. The man on the phone checked and confirmed that my order did indeed include pepperoni. I looked it up on the app and discovered that I had accidentally selected it. He kindly offered to make the pizza I actually wanted at no extra charge. I told him it was my mistake and that I could just pick off the pepperoni. Very good service and food at this location. The manager Kelsey helped me figure out the best deal to make dinner turn out great. Will most definitely return to order on pizza night. Parking: Perfect place to get in and out with no problem. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with children and very respectful. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for anyone to get inside and order or pick up.
Had 2 XL pizza's and 24pc toasted rav's delivered. Spend over $100 delivery fee. 1 pizza was such a mess in the box it looked like someone threw up into it. Couldn't even scoop the toppings back with a serving spoon. When I called about how bad it was, I was told I had to drive it back to be remade. Will NEVER reorder from this location.
